So you think the guy is going to go through hundreds of thousands (if not millions) of entries in his database to look at someone's e-mail with all of that valuable information, because you know he wants to see the results of your e-harmony test and your completely useless conversations with your friends _________________

I find it so funny how many people can fall for such a stupid phishing trick.
I find that using AdBlock is helping out quite a bit with my Internet Experience.. If I should call it that.
I've blocked all .mov files because I have yet to view one, except for those stupid ones that came with the phishing. |
how did u block all .mov files frm playing..???

I have sent a message to my space suggesting they develop some sort of toolbar or program for people to install on there machine and when people think they have found a phishing web site they can report it to myspace and eventually most of these sites could be stoped!

Or you could just contact myspace tech/customer service and report it. _________________

not everyone has admin rights on their pc, thus making it hard to install things.. plus tbh.. who wants another toolbar on their internet explorer / firefox / opera ? not me tbh _________________

no. he might have a point. i found a live link to the .mov file, while playing it, it might have ran some misc. code, my FF acted funny after playing it. |
sorry if someone else commented on this and i didn't read it kinda skiped some psots.
my FF actually slowed to a crawl then crashed. Though it was the computer i was on. then i switch to my main computer and it crashed again. I noticed to pages FF crashed on had a .mov file embedded but didn't know it was a virus. My sisters use IE and they were redirected to a fake login page. Thats when i noticed it was a virus. (that sad things is they used IE 7 and it caught the fake login page and they closed the warning and tried to login anyways. I screamed at my sister that it wasn't real and she still didn't listen, kinda goes tos how how someone can do a bad job of creating a fake login page and still have it be successful)
EDIT
for all those people who say that it randomly reappears in your profile after you deleted it. It isn't appearing randomly it appears after you view an infected profile. Mine hasn't come back and i haven't found anything on my computer since it appeared the first time. If you are continuously seeing this reappear switch to firefox (or opera if you want) the exploit is occuring in IE because thats what most people use. If you don't log into IE and view an infected page you shouldn't have this error occurring again and again. |

|
|
Have you got some ideas about the differences between the types of fabric when shopping for material to make a new fabric handbag? It is of vital for you to choose in order for your handbag to give you years of wear!
Pay careful attention to cleaning instructions. If you will be carrying your bag often, choose fabrics that are easy care.
Cotton - You will have a great selection if you choose cotton because of the array of different colors. This material is very easy to cut and piece so it lends itself beautifully to quilting. It is best to pre-wash your fabric ( usually machine wash) and to use a stabilizer to give your handbag shape. This material makes a nice (and colorful!) fabric handbag.
Silk - I do not recommend silk as a general rule for handbag construction. It is too unstable and there is a possibility of easy staining. This fabric usually must be dry-cleaned.
Linen - Linen has a loose weave and wrinkles easily. It is very important to use a good stabilizer for this fabric. Dry-cleaning is recommended.
Tapestry - This is my favorite material to use in the construction of fabric handbags. The bag will usually hold up very well and the nature of the fabrics allows for beautiful colors. The weave is loose so one must be careful at the seams and make sure all layers of fabric are caught when sewing.
Velvet - This fabric has a directional nap to it. When cutting the pattern pieces for your handbag, all pieces must be cut facing the same direction. Never press velvet; if it needs ironing, press on the wrong side. Dry-clean only.
Faux Fur - There is a nap to faux fur and all pattern pieces must be cut in the same direction. I have found this fabric to be difficult to work with but it adds nice texture to your fabric handbag. Spot clean only.
Leather - Leather is made from animal skin and you need special equipment to make a replica handbags from this material. It can only be professionally cleaned.
Ultrasuede ?CThis is a non-woven fabric that looks and feels like suede .But actually it is washable. This material does not ravel . It is easy to wash and makes a very high quality looking fabric handbag |
